The Process Of Vinyl Wrapping

Consultation:

Our DVS staff member will  have a one on one discussion about design ideas and solutions, inspect the vehicle and  take measurements.

Design:

Our DVS  design staff carries an outstanding and imaginative taste. Our expert designers work in house and their main goal is to work with the customers to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with the art work that will be applied to their vehicle. Our graphic designers are detail oriented and meticulous when it comes to creating the perfect design. Our graphic artists aren’t just elaborate when it comes to creating vehicle wraps, they are also very detail- attentive when it comes to wall wraps, desk wraps, logo design  and various advertising, print media.

Print:

As soon as our graphic designers have created the final proof that has been approved by the customer our in house printing team takes over.  Our printing department keeps up with the latest and most innovative printers and laminators in the industry. Our Roland printer specializes in high quality wrap prints and banners. This high-performance printer achieves print speeds of up to 248.6 square foot an hour, and it also allows us to contour cut the most unique designs. Our system ensures superior image quality and also brings a very powerful tool to the printing industry, capable of printing white text to be seen on clear vinyl (mostly used for premium window graphics) and hundreds of vibrant metallic colors. Printed graphics are also  laminated to protect the vinyl from abrasions and UV rays that can cause the graphics to fade over time.

Install:

The final step in completing a wrap project is the installation with in a clean and dust free environment. Our in house installers are constantly looking for new, challenging items to add to their bucket list.
